The site is set in a steep hillside sloping down to the Mediterranean. The site entrance is from a winding country road at the up hill side. The proposal is attempting to maximise the views over the sea.
A band is extended from the site entrance forming the main roof before folding down to form the ground floor level.
It then folds upward to form the mezzanine level and continues to the exterior where it forms a terrace clinging to the steep hillside.
